E.g. a 55cm tagged Rancher’s true measurement is 56cm, a 57cm tagged Rancher’s true measurement is 58cm, a 59cm tagged Rancher’s true measurement is 60cm and a 61cm tagged Rancher’s true measurement is 62 cm. If in between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

We do not control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your product, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same condition the day you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
